Does anyone out there know a good place to get Roses for Valentine's Day in Memphis, Tennessee? When I search for florists I actually find a ton of them that are selling flowers but with no reviews and then I find some with great reviews but the have since closed down. Is it worth it to just go to a national or internet chain or is there a florist that is THE place to go in Memphis that I am just not familiar with.

Let me give you what I am looking for and lets see what we can find? Valentine's Day is a little over 3 weeks away and I want to be prepared!

So, basically I would like to get at least a dozen roses, delivered to my sweetheart - with a note, for less than $30. I would like to find a local place that way I can hand write the note but I am not sure if there is going to be any in my price range. Anyone have any ideas?
